Hey Brad! Are profile photos disabled?

So I'm updating some of my profile info, and no matter what image I try to upload, it never shows up on my profile page.

Are profile photos/avatars disabled? Just asking, 'cuz that big ol' grey "no photo" box is pretty distracting on my profile page.
